Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User failed to comply with orders under direct gunpoint.
Why should this appeal be considered?: To start off, there is no rule about being unable to stall when under gunpoint. The officer had me at gunpoint when I was in the car, but as the officer turned away to shoot the other guy, I stepped out of the car. At that point, the officer did not have me at gunpoint, so I was able to pull out my gun and start shooting. It just doesn’t make sense that I’m getting banned for not getting out of the car when I got out after stalling, especially since there is no rule saying that I’m not allowed to stall when under gunpoint.
