Why were you punished?: 1.6, 2.5 - User failed to return items of a scam after scamming a player involving a seasonal item. Contact me when you are willing to return the items.
Why should this appeal be considered?: So the rule in 2.5 states "Scam or deceive other players to dishonestly acquire their rare/seasonal items." I did not scam anyone for their seasonal item, I simply used mine to scam which isn't stated there, I told Nazeer which I have proof of, if the rule was to be changed I would happily return said items but until then I would not as it is not stated in the rules. i have no problem giving the money and items back if it was actually stated in the rules.
