Why were you banned/blacklisted?: Disconnecting while going to prison

Why should this appeal be considered?: I was in handcuffs entering the back door of the police department but while the cop was dragging me he started to chase a guy who entered the police department and left me there. I walked out the back door since it was opened and I stood in the underground bathroom thing for at least 3-5 minutes. Since the cop couldn't find me I disconnected and got off for the night. I believed I had made it out the situation since the cop couldn't find me and was going after someone else.

Blatantly lying is no good, had you simply admitted to your wrong doing and apologized I'm sure you would have been unbanned.
