Why should this appeal be considered?: The guy only banned me cause I said I was making an IA on him, he broke a load of in character policies and stuff and when I called him out on it, he just ignored me, gave me max ticket, drove away and then brought me into an F6. He claimed that I delayed for 16 seconds before surrendering which is clearly not the truth as you can see in the clip that it's a 6 second difference 00:52-00:58 the time between me being told to put my hands up and me actually doing it. He has taken this way too far and only banned me cause I called him out on his policy breaches.

You clearly stalled in this situation for a considerable amount of time under gunpoint. This also isn’t the first time you’ve done this, as your record quite clearly shows you still haven’t improved.

You also after being confronted by staff about the situation took to OOC and help chat berating their decisions. If you have an issue with a staff member’s decisions make a staff complaint, don’t take to OOC and start complaining.
