Punishment Type: Ban
Punishment Subtype: Server Ban
Appeal Type: Dispute[Evidence]
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @Rowley
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: 5 Days

Your Steam Name: Literally ⒷⓞⒷ
Your Roleplay Name: Bob Ndicka
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:0:774804554

Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User failed to comply under gunpoint/stalled while under gunpoint in 2 different scenarios.

Why should this appeal be considered?: In the first scenario linked: I was starting my car up when these people pulled up on me, my car was already starting so i say "chill, chill im turning off my car" and then comply and get out of my car, and I get shot to death. Here I don't see why I am breaking 3.4 as I am telling them I'm turning off my car and I do that and then get out of the car and do not try anything on them. This was said to be stalling while I'm just turning off my car to save a bit of gas, due to my current not so financial stability.
In the second clip linked: I had shot a guy and was focused of people who may pull out a gun from the direction of Bazaar/the park towards casino, and I completely can not see the guy in my bottom right corner, because I am not looking that direction on my screen. He is also covered up by my phone. I only see the guy when I'm driving away and that I see is more reasonable than the first scenario.
I'm not happy at all with my ban length or maybe even my ban at all. Please consider this as proof that I as a person and not an inhuman like species with 0ms of reaction time. Thank you.

It does not matter that you said 'I am turning my engine off'. When given an order under gunpoint you are expected to comply immediately.

In the second situation your car is stationary when you get gunpointed and he gives you clear commands. You don't comply, so you break 3.4 again. I find it hard to believe you didn't see him but regardless, it is your responsibility to make sure before driving away.
