Why should this appeal be considered?: I had no past offenses with 3.2 and a admin issued a 1 month ban and the situations was explained and should have been taken into the punishment. The situation rolled out as followed i ran over 2 jaywalkers i call the police inform the police responds then a police officer puts me and Derrick in cuffs and i call Derrick on discord to talk about the situation and if we are gonna write a IA report to the guy because he was unjust but that's besides the point what really bothers me is why did i get a 1 month ban and the situation wasn't even a shooting or a raid or something more worse it was just a IA discussion on what we are gonna do next. Because we are both Senior Officers at PD and know what the officer did wrong. Derrick as mentioned in the report already made a IA report to the officer and i told that to the Senior Moderator and that's the main reason. But the Senior Suspected and didn't investigate and as far as im aware of he didn't do enough investigation because he said "something is fishy" and issued 1 month bans i know what metagaming is and i know its against the rules but in my opinion this was metagaming but this wasn't metagaming for a 1 month ban. I would have happily took the ban if i ever used Discord in a Raid or to gain information that's actually needed for the Rp but this was just a IA report discussion and there was no information to be given related to the roleplay.
