Why should this appeal be considered?: My friend was breaking me out of jail, i didnt have a gun and I ran past officer holding guns out, they didnt give me any orders under gun point as seen in the clip, later on I did get gun pointed and ordered to put my hands up, which i did so it dosnt make any difference anyways.

Additional information: I had a simular situation with Monk, I was trying to kill the mayor, I was in a car and an officer was gun pointing me from a distance so I couldnt hear his orders, then ran him over and killed him, and Monk said it was fine since I didnt hear any orders given to me, thats why I assumed i would be fine

Fleeing from several officers at gunpoint showed a complete disregard for your life. You should always comply with people who is pointing a gun at you, even without verbal commands.

You risking your life by running off and you should be lucky that you actually survived that.From the clip you provided it also sounds like you constantly screaming "no gun" so you can't hear anyone else giving commands.
