Why should this appeal be considered?: I believe this was a mix-up as this was just based of logs i had just defended a pd raid and went into my property where two people were inside Mohammed never told me they were living there and so i mugged them at least tried to then my friend got off leading to me getting my org together to raid it as i no longer live there so i only raided it one time.

i was with Mohamed when he bought the property and since i still had keys it was still his property?

so at this time it was your base? and no i didnt have planters as we had moved into subs 4 as staying in subs 2 would lead to 3.4 staying in a property after a pd raid which we defended a lot of

We didn't raid you the first time? (I can only speak for myself here) we defended a PD raid because Mohammed had DNA, which resulted in PD being wiped and then us moving to 4. I didn't raid 2 with the others so that's as far as my input can be offered but hopefully it gives some context.

There is no breaking of gunpoint, you have killed my friend and i had a chance to run to cover while you did that, used it to my advantage since i had cover and had no direct gunpoint

I do have a clip of it as well.

If you think i broke 3.4, show a clip of it and let staff review it.
