Why were you punished?: 2.5 - User shot and killed a paramedic within mere seconds of them arriving at a scene without any form of indication for the paramedic that they should not be in the area at the time.

Why should this appeal be considered?: I was raiding Tidals and managed to kill many officers on scene. Then a medic arrived even though seeing multiple life alerts aswell as not clarfifying if the area is safe for EMS. I then pointed my firearm at him to signal him to leave and I wasnt able to issue verbal commands due to the distance. The medic broke 3.4 by lingering around a shootout as EMS.

Could you have not gone and told the medic to leave? What was the reason to kill the medic in reality? There was still a raid active sure but ur an experianced player that I know you have gotten people in trouble for it in the past so whats makes this so diffrent?

Again i just seen it from my POV which I already shared, at the end of the day, you did that just because, A warning shot could have been suffisent, but you just kill them anyway, and on top of all of that, the medic 1000% in my opinion did not break 3.4, That is because he did not even have time to leave, you have to give someone that cannot kill you time to leave, in this case you did not, the medic could not defib you to death, he was just coming to the scene.

However thats my opinion I will leave this up to the admins to view (Also It must have weight behind it as your ban was upped from 3 weeks to 2 months)

I mean , If I would have went outside I would have been shot by cops. There were cops still on scene during the shootout and the medic without clarifiying responded to Tidals even though there were many life alerts aswell.

After reviewing this dispute. There wasn't any necessity to shoot the medic as he had just turned up to the scene and it wasn't like he was combat reviving. A warning shot should have been done rather than disabling their car and killing them
