Why were you punished?: User raided the PD knowing his friend was being released at the same time he started the raid. During this raid, he killed numerous Officers.

Why should this appeal be considered?: I haven't raided PD, I haven't killed any officers. I was not there. I've been with Stefani Frost like the entire time. I find this very weird. I never raided the PD ever or killed cops (today). This is very weird... I just wanted to log back in and see this. I dont even know what to put in the evidence. Not like I record my entire session.

Why should this player be punished?: I was told to make an AR because it was being dealt with by sean but was then told he was offline. i was told that he raided not knowing how long was left on his friends timer in jail however, this is proof he did know as per sean's request

Oh from 20 feb, I thought today. Anyways:
1. Ive already been reported for that AND warned on the same day.
2. "Ive been told" says enough. In the clip I was telling the lady to bring me to the jail cells, but she needed a supervisor. I waited patiently. When there was no time left, I got to my car and ran into the cops, screaming "JUSTICE FOR ETHAN DUNN". Yeah, okay. But I knew I was gonna get shot. I never even ENTERED the PD. So how is that a PD raid. As stated in my response from the reports, I meant it as a protest. Ive been arrested for it too. OOC wise ive been warned and everything. I have even apologised and told the admin i wouldnt do it again. How is it fair to bring this up a week later and ban me aswell without consulting my report history.

I initially warned you however, the user stated he had further evidence which he would like to present so I immediately deleted it. Based on the new evidence, you had absolutely no reason to kill them cops and you allegedly "protesting", and not raiding PD essentially means you just killed a bunch of cops for no valid reason so it's even worst.

I will let other staff deal with this dispute since I punished you. But just wanted to make you aware of the reasoning.

You’ve essentially admitted you had no justifiable reason to do this. You broke the rules, you knowingly knew your friend barely had any time left nor can you kill cops for ‘justice’ or ‘protest’ for another player. You are risking your freedom for no justified reason whatsoever, you knew you were going to get shot and you still did it.

Re-read over 3.4, as well as 2.5. You are lucky this ban isn’t way longer if you weren’t even trying to kill several players with a valid justification.
