Why should this appeal be considered?: you can clearly see in the clips i didnt see any sort of weapon and they only managed to stop me because they ran me over as you can see i dont see any weapon and because this has happend to me so many times while on pd and they only get a warning for a first time 3.4 i fell this should be lifted and be a warning as i said this has happed to me in the past and they have said nothing about it so can this be lifted

yh so why in that situation they know im unarmed why not go for a nightstick to stun me and then cuff me instead off gun pointing me when im trapped it looks like its the cops fault from that pov
