Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User stole a car and got gunpointed by the owner and a friend. He decided still to drive away, in the report he claimed that he would die anyway and that's why his actions were justified.

Why should this appeal be considered?: This is the second time almost the same situation accoured and i also disputed that ban and it got accepted. Basically i stole a car. 2 people GPd me to get out that were obviously going to kill me. you claimed in the report that i shouldve kindly asked them "please dont shoot me" which makes no sense. If i beg someone to not kill me they are still going to do it, its not like they are going to stop. After that i decided to drive away because again, if i wouldve gotten out i wouldve died which made me follow 3.4, not break the rule. Also them wanting to kill me is proven because they instantly opened fire on me, which means that their intentions were obviously to kill me. There is literally nothing else to say

Given I was the second staff member involved in this ban (i will not be involved in the decision of the dispute), however the following:

1) After going through the evidence and your record, your ban will be extended by me from 1 week to 1 month to better reflect your record and attitude to the situation (if disputed positively this shouldn't matter)
2) Could you upload demo: perpheads_demo_2024-11-18 11-03-09 , this in relation to not only this situation but also got told you tiered this vehicle and would like to investigate if it was accidental given the high rate of speed in the business zone T-section (56mph)

3) given this dispute I find it very important that the other person's POV is shared as it shows your blatant disrespect of you avoiding gunpoint:

if the demo request is about the tiering of the car i have a clip of it. an ems drove on the wrong side and crashed into me. and me saying im not going to get out, you are going to kill me” is not an issue. i said “fuck you bitch” which isnt against the rules which i dont see why you brought up. also i only daid that after he started shooting my vehicle

Yeah this in regard to you tiering the car and a video of the situation is fine (unless overruled by another staff member that really wants to see the both POV in a demo but I think for this case it is enough information to make a decision based on the evidence)
