Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User knew he was wanted but still decided to go to the bazaar, a cop showed up and a friend of him said 10 toes. This resulted in a gunfight with a officer.

Why should this appeal be considered?: I killed the officer due to him pulling a gun out looking at me whilst I was 10 toes. The guy I was talking to said 10 toes for some reason and I don't even know the guy I was just talking to him. I was in bazar with probable cause because I was going to store some things and then head to a private area to hide away from the police. The admin didn't want to hear my reasoning of comparing the situation to real life due to this server being a serious RP server and how criminals that are wanted also go out and do things even when they know they are wanted and being looked for in the real world.

Why couldn’t you have stored your items at subs storage or a property that you have keys to? Why did you HAVE to go to Bazaar?

because I was closest to bazar and that's the closest property I had keys to to be able to store my wepon

Yes I understand it may have been convenient however bazaar is arguably the most populated area of the map so why couldn’t you have gone to an alternative storage?

I had weapons on me that didn't belong to me and also sub storage is also a populated area so I just went to the closest one
