Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User pulled a gun while under gunpoint, resulting in their death.

Why should this appeal be considered?: I think the validy of the ban is invalid aswell as how he handled the situation. Right i was raiding subs 3 and then i fell off the roof of subs 3 , but then as soon as i stood up , i pulled out my gun. Then an officer just approaches me and points his gun at me , no verbal commands were issued nor any orders at all.

It was very apparent that you would get gunpointed.

Just because you refuse to check your sorroundings, after you had enough clues you'd be under direct gunpoint, doesn't mean it is somehow okay.

It is completely your responsibility to ensure that you're safe to pull a gun, especially after you got ragdolled.
