Why were you punished?: 2.5 - User continously baits players to try and shoot them by ramming their vehicle first.

Why should this appeal be considered?: Im sorry to the staff member which has issued the ban, but I think it is not right. Firstly the punishment is wrong. It says "continously baits players" emphasis on players as it was a singular occurrence. Second it is totally unfair punishment because in the rule it states "Players may not excessively impact the experience of others in a negative manner, unless the actions are a proportionate escalation of negative actions that have been performed against the original player. ;Additionally, players have a 2 hour window to seek revenge on another player" emphasis on the unless part. In the first clip you can see the instance in which he refused to move out of the way and just crashed into me purposfully; In the second clip you can see him crashing my car and pushing it in the bazar parking lot until it hit some of the cars that were parked there resulting into my car being almost totaled(White Mercedes 300SL Gullwing). You can also hear that the police officer that was near the situation say "Good luck" leaving me to do with the situation alone. There were also other police officers seeing the situation and doing nothing to help with the situation. This resulted in me wanting to take revenge because of the damage which was done to my car. And the revenge which I wanted to take was to damage his car like he did to mine, not to kill him like it says in the ban reason. Here's another clip that would help grasp the situation:

You can see in the clip me pushing his car trying to damage it and after that he full on rammed into me which made me cut the last straw. I got out of the car and emptied a mag into his car, which ended up totaling it. I would like the staff member to take this into his attention and see that the player issuing the report did not provide the whole story which led to my ban. If any more information and evidence is needed I will provide it. Thank you for your time to read this.

We have some thoughts on this situation, but fear that context might be missing. There are a few considerations to be made here, the first of which being that it is alleged that you had been reported for something similar before this, and the other being that there are 11 minutes between the gas station encounter and Car Dealer encounter that are unaccounted for.

The person reporting you alleges that you had been doing this for a while, which we can not verify. It is also worth mentioning that you have a warning for something similar involving a taxi driver, and a ban wherein 2.5 was broken as well.

I understand. About the warning, I thought there was no point in disputing but now I see why I should have disputed it. Don't worry about the delay you are people at the end of the day not machines. Here is the demo:

Given the part that Tilin was seemingly unaware of initially (being that your car was rammed to quite an extent at the gas station when you were in Police custody), we will make some minor considerations for the 2.5 portion of your ban.

We believe that you should have simply reported the other player, rather than artificially escalating it to a point of a gunfight, which benefitted nobody and was still quite excessive, given that very few of the stuff we saw actually did any damage, and that repairs are like $500 at RC

We also saw that you attempted to ram JJB several times, which didn't take, which prompted you to escalate it even further, when the initial "negative action" had been more than closed off already. You then rammed his car some more while it was parked and left in the bazaar rear parking.

That being said, given what I said above and the delay you have had to endure because of this dispute, as well as additional information being present now that there was not earlier, we have decided to reduce your ban by one week.

Additionally, the other player will be banned for 3.15. Please understand that the biggest reason for slight leniency is because of how far a distance JJB rammed your car and because of how long you waited in this dispute. If we see any more vehicle-related 2.5 from you, you will not be so lucky next time. You already had a warning for something incredibly similar on the 31st of July
