Why were you punished?: 2.5 - User was raiding a Hicktown trailer & killed the visibly unarmed homeowner inside without any prior interaction.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Because i think personally that it is obnoxious that i got banned for something i couldnt have prevented. I have explained the situation below in additional information as i found it more fitting to be said there. I also hope that u will come to the conclusion that my ban would be lifted.
Additional Information: So what happened is that me and my buddies we raided hicktown 1. Then we heard footsteps so we got ready to attack which every raider does. And then the Presumed Owner came in rushing at us (in a confined space so no time to assess the situation) and because we did not have the time we shot the presumed owner, since if we did not and he had a weapon we could've been shot or worse killed. I myself have experienced multiple times that if a person enters the area or residence where a raid is happening that it does not matter if he or she is armed and that they will get shot eitherway. Since its known server wide that if a raid is happening you should stay away or be killed on sight, because everyone does that. That is why i think its unfair to let everyone else do it but not me, it happens so often yet im punished, even though i have never been told or have never read in the rules that its not allowed. And pistols and some other weapons are not visible on people their body so to me the Presumed Owner was a threat.
I hope that u take the time to assess my situation and perhaps lift the ban.
