Why should this appeal be considered?: Earlier in the day I made an F6 on a guy in the forest who was driving his car and I gun pointed him to try and mug him (I show the clip in evidence). He drove off and ignored the gun point and so I thought it was a breach of the rules and I reported him to staff, in the F6 the staff member told me that because he was on the other side of the car to me that he didn't have to follow gun point because he could just get out and have the car as distance enough to pull a gun or run off or do whatever. In the situation where I got banned after taking in that information I was given by that staff member earlier that day since when I got out of the car I was on the other side to the officer, I ran off into cover behind the bushes. I then circled back around and killed the officer because my fellow org member was 10 toes. If I was in the wrong in this situation then it is because the staff member wrongfully informed me of something that I wasn't allowed to do. If I was in the right then I should be unbanned.

You can use a car as cover to pull a gun and kill attackers provided the car gives you full coverage however the car isn’t giving you cover when you’ve sprinted 3 metres away from it. If you also look at the video in the action request the car didn’t even provide much cover for long.
