Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 1.2, 1.6 - Said extremely racist things in Dutch, when brought up to a sit, denied doing it // Banned for Enforcer Sindarin

Why should this appeal be considered?: Tbh pretty stupid to get banned for this. A guy ingame figured out I was dutch and started to chase me and swear at me. I decided to banter back in dutch. Afcourse he used the clip out of context so I could get banned. The ban is stupid and too long didnt say anything racist in english. Admin just wanted a reason to ban me thats all.

Just because its in Dutch doesn't mean its allowed, and as per it being "IC", 1.2 does not permit racism IC, "Racism and homophobia are not tolerated in-character. "

Well he is wrong dutch and english are different. The way we say it also has to do if were are serious about. We dutch use swearwords jokingly I guess thats not the same for the english. However I do find it funny that a guy would go so far to get me banned to translate every word what I said just bullshit tbh. Reducing the ban would be nice 1 month is way too excessive.

You are unable to dispute the length of a ban, if you feel as though the ban is valid, yet the time is too long, you can either make a apology or make a complaint

Just to let you know the guy who reported this was probably the mayor and isnt even a staff member. He made some bullshit up to get me banned and swore at me in dutch aswell didnt show it in the clip. But he called me a ''kankermarokkaan'' what is a racist word against morrocans living in the netherlands. I am moroccan aswell but you dont see me crying about it innit?

Unless you can prove that you didn't say anything racist to someone, the only way forward would be to make a staff complaint on the involved staff members.

It is a dispute the reason I got banned for is stupid and there is no prove that what I said was racist. You guys keep talking about a dutch person translating this who was it then?

Just letting you know:
- It was translated by a member of staff who is in fact Dutch. This has been verified.
- I Have a limited understanding of Dutch and understood several slurs you called him via provided evidence without actually even needing to contact someone who can translate. I however did so regardless and discovered you had used more slurs that I was unable to translate.
- The involvement of the reporter, the person you said it to, and the context you used the language under means absolutely nothing when you were saying this with at least 3 other people listening to you, we have a zero-tolerance policy towards 1.2 breaks and the more public the offense the harder we'll have to put our foot down.
- You should make a staff complaint on Sindarin if you feel as though the ban length isn't fair. I think 1 month is fairly lenient given you've just come off a permanent ban.
