It seems Chris was the only cop who was able to "recognize" William when he was driving his bugatti. However when I got my SUV out I managed to get past them unnoticably, weird.

Phone, excuse the lacklustre response.
As soon as you drove away, we contained the city from the intersection. We never saw this BMW of yours leave, so the suspects had to be somewhere in the city. There was a garage that allowed you to change to a different car, and we stopped you because you matched the description of someone I had seen driving the earlier car. I question the fact that your Bugatti was shot at since you weren't able to escape and weren't confirmed as the suspect, but that wasn't me so hey - no worries. You were stopped and happened to have a firearm on your back; surprise surprise that incriminates you in its self as well as the attempted evasion in the Bugatti. Overall, you were a suspected member of the BMW, but only detained in connection with the offences committed in the Bugatti following that.
By the way, I'm not going to elaborate my entire logic of why I stopped your car in the middle of an rp situation - because apparently this is a role play server.

You could not have any clue that we would have switched cars, espically not that fast. You only set up a road block and no actual patrol to confirm that the black car had escaped or if it even was in the area. You simple stopped me because you knew I own a Bugatti. There is no way that is possible to recognize a person that fast in a different car when driving past him. That's just bullshit.
I stopped at Slums because there was a police car in the way, and as there was a situation going on I wanted to check if there was safe to drive through first. For some reason you said "welcome back" to us even tho that was the first I had met you on the server that day.

second off, I see you're accusing @Chris of breaking therefore breaking 4.1, I must say I don't believe his actions were justified yet if you were believed armed and dangerous I can fully support @Chris . Also @WilliamVamsti their are plenty of CTV cameras allowing him to check also their is nothing wrong with Chris recognising your car. The only way I see this action request valid is if @Chris hadn't known you were armed and dangerous (considering you just raided a place), so I am neutral.

I don't think Chris would remember William's car if he died as it would be NLR, assuming that he did die as he most likely did It would be NLR to remember what car he drives. Also He would not have pulled his gun out and shot at him he should have called for backup to try and stop them getting out of the city.

I actually responded with 3 messages, you're the one that disrupted RP because you absolutely had to know that you were legitimately not the winner of the cops VS robbers 1v1 at that very time.
I'm afraid that's the wrong answer. All of you were wearing black at the time, and were in a relatively expensive car akin to the BMW being relatively expensive. Therefore, you may be stopped for further investigation. You were not known to have had a firearm on your back whilst in the bugatti, however I'm not the one that shot you.

Now, let me just paraphrase what you've said.
WilliamVamsti: You got me. Plain and simple. You had reasonable intelligence to suggest that I would be in the bugatti, and the bugatti was stopped. You didn't shoot the bugatti so I cannot question your force, but I was stopped, and the law (section 11.3) states that I may be stopped for being a suspect in conjunction with a crime. I was then found to have attempted to evade the police, and have a gun on my back, so it didn't matter whether he recognized me or not - and he told me that I wasn't being charged as the man from the BMW, but rather the man from the Bugatti as a separate entity.

SO! Since WilliamVamsti doesn't seem to realize that he's not the only thoughtful entity on the server, thus rendering other members incapable of thought, I'm now forced to explain my entire thought process as to why his Bugatti, suspected of having a criminal in it, was stopped.

An occupant saying 'Hello, Mr Mayor!', and this time arriving with a gun - rather suspicious and gives me speculations of your intentions. You are indeed armed, you have been behaving suspiciously, and we are acting on the possibility that you are intent on causing harm to some party; your lack of cooperation goes hand in hand with that.

This starts the counter as to when we close the intersection. How quickly could you realistically escape in your vehicle without being seen, given that the only exit for vehicles is at the intersection? 00:30~ sees me radio in that the intersection must be closed, and that we're stopping a black BMW.
00:41 - The intersection is more-or-less blocked.
But it's safe enough to say that there's 2 patrol cars there who would call your exit in from this point.
02:20 - We turn, and contrary to your preconceptions once again, we begin a short lived patrol to look for suspects.
The SWAT was a little slow hence why you probably didn't see us.

You're of the description of a suspect whom is armed and dangerous. I haven't played enough in the past 3~ months to suggest that I would know you have a Bugatti, which I didn't.
I know that I say 'that's one of them'. I say it to the occupants of my car, and pressured by the lack of haste in the S.W.A.T. which I am interrupted by your arrival in making a remark thereof. Still, when I get out of my car, I've had enough time to say whether my prejudices are wrong or not - but I'm confident having seen your glasses even before getting out of the car. Your lack of cooperation never did you any favors.

Hey, I couldn't formally identify you, but you still did wrong when being stopped within our entire absolute right to as outlined under section 11.3.
You've wasted a lot of my time here, next time just remember that it's a RP server and some people just use the tools, such as the right to stop those suspected as being part of a crime, to their advantage.
