Suggestion Title: Banking app
Suggestion Description: The banking app is in need of an update, not a big one tho. What better way than to implement a SAVINGS ACCOUNT? as in Personal Bank<Orginisation bank < Savings bank. You will be able to put money in it as a regular banking account. But only accessible for you and nobody else. You will be able to take money from the account.

Why should this be added?:
- People will be more responsible for money
-Less gambling.
- People will have a better experience of immersion. as REAL LIFE has savings accounts.
- The account can be a way to sort your money out. as in 1 account has personal money while the other one is a "Rainy day" fund or even for crafting items so you know you will have alot.
- Smarter way to keep money.

What negatives could this have?:
- Less gambling
- People will not be able to purchase items VIA the savings account. But can only withdraw and deposit from it.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: People getting bored of the server via having no bank in their account. (BROKE)
- as said previously, people will have a better immersion and have a feel of responsobility in their money.
- Less gambling, which makes your own economy better.

But whats the point just save in the normal account, and plus 9/10 you need cash too gamble so there be no point it would be a cool idea it need too be implimented diffrently

ima be 100% Ive Spent So Many Countless days Pissed at Myself For Blowing Money On Dumb Shit. i like this idea but it should be implemented differently, make it like a drop box u put money in but only can take it out after so many days, this would help people with their gambling problems .... etc., god knows i would have over 50 Milly by now if i could save and lock it away so many impulsive decisions that cost me the next day, i feel many people can agree with me on this love the idea just implement it differently then suggested.

I would find it interesting if you are able to set an optional lock on it until a set amount (with amounts upto lets say 2 million) is reached.

However a sidenote has to be added in that case that somehow to prevent rulebreaks it has to be able to unlock if it is regarding stolen money making it very hard to reverse.

Its a solid idea and i like it, but it wouldnt stop anyone from just taking money out of their savings (same as real life),
so as blobvis said giving it a lock option would do this idea a solid and would be sick

If this account also had an interest rate system which could either be automatic or the mayor could change, it would incentives people to save more so they can slowly grow their money. It could be seen as another passive way to make money. It would also make the mayor's job more interesting as they would have to configure more tax rates and policies.
