Server Suggestion black and white ''historical vehicle'' license plates

Description of the idea: adds the option for a black and white plate for ''historical vehicles'' [esentially old cars]

Why should this be added? (pros): adds more customization to older cars and a small incentive to buy them for some

What negatives could this have? (cons): none really

*Other additions: vehicles that would be considered historic would be anything before 1973 this would be a option you could select at a small additional cost of 2k on top of the 10k cost to install the plate
