Black Screen On Startup

Hello there! When I start my laptop all I get is a black screen, I can hear all the stuff inside work like the fan and that but the screen is just black. I've been looking around on the internet but I don't really understand what I read because im not really an IT expert.

The model I have: Acer aspire v3 571g
