I'm writing to appeal a ban I received recently. According to the ban message, I was banned for using an "alt account," but I want to make it clear that I haven’t used any alt accounts at all. I believe this might be a misunderstanding or a mistake.

I’ve only played on this server with my main account, and I’ve really enjoyed being part of the community. I respect the rules and would never try to break them, especially not by doing something like using an alternate account.

Please consider looking into this situation again — I would really appreciate a second chance or at least an explanation. I’m more than happy to cooperate and clear things up.
