Why were you punished?: encouraged a conflict between two civilians instead of attempting to resolve it. After one was knocked down and the other fled, I chose to shoot the fleeing individual.

Why should this appeal be considered?: It was very late at night and we were all kinda just messing around however i understand as a government official I have to take the job serious at all times, ive been putting alot of hours into ems and i believe i am ready to take the role as a police officer more seriously this time around its also been months since i was blacklisted and I am ready for a second chance.
