Why were you banned/blacklisted?: Using the advert chat as an IC shoutbox and/or for obvious criminal admissions

Why should this appeal be considered?: The one singular time I use the advert chat to warn the mayor, it gets me a blacklist. Where did I obviously admit to a crime? I literally just said that the mayor does not want to see me when I'm angry. It's a subtle warning and nowhere near an admission to criminal activity.

Additional Information: You might've gotten the wrong person blacklisted. Because I'm struggling to find any point where I actively admitted to a crime in advert.

As Collier stated, you used the adverts as a global shoutbox, which is something you should use tooter for instead. Use adverts for things such as headlines, or other similar RP related situations. An advert should emulate something similar to a newspaper headline.
