You can wallbang someone who's actively shooting through the wall to get you or whoever is actively crowbarring your apartment.

There are certain materials (walls) that can be wallbanged trough. For example the suburbs little houses that are made out of wood can be wallbanged.

If you are asking if is it allowed to wallbang on this server, well it depends on the situation. If you are raided or being raided, yes you are allowed to wallbang trough the walls/doors if you know that the raiders are behind them.
