Body kit idea

Description of the idea:
Remove the requirements for an upgrade for putting a body kit on a car.

Any car under 1 million currently needs an upgrade in order to receive a body kit. In my opinion this is kinda wack.

Why should this be added? (pros):
- Makes more sense
- New players can modify cars to be unique easier


What negatives could this have? (cons):
- Less money needed to get a “dream car”?
- 40 MPH cars having racing kits looking kinda silly​

There is already ricers with random bullshit on their cars IRL and idiots on perp putting body kits on supercars when they still can't drive for shit but new players might like a little something like this, from my knowledge I believe the body kits don't do much and I think they should be a little cheaper if that's the case too.
