When you first look at your eation you will see a range card on the bottom, instructions for heating and preparing your ration on the left side and a sticker with what number menu you have.
For the sake of this guide I will say that I have menu 11
However each ration no matter which menu includes
Sundries Include 4 x Beverage Whitener, 2 X Coffee, 2 X Teabags, 4 x Sugar, Pack of tissues, Dental chewing gum, waterproof matches, Wet Wipes, water puri tabs, Spork and Re-Usable Poly Bag
The first thing you see when you open your ration.
Above is the snacks. With menu 11 you have a fruit biscuit, Fruit Puree Apple / Kiwi / Passion Fruit, Apricot Jam, Sesame Seed bar and Salted Peanuts.
For drinks you have a mixture of both cold and hot drinks. Depending on what drink will depend on how much water you add. (By the way the hot choclate is lovely) In this menu the drinks include Isotonic Drink, Raspberry Drink, Tutti Fruity Drink, Tropical Drink and Hot Chocolate.
