Description of the Bug: Bank robbery was in progress however DD let us pay for and pick up the vault cracker.

How to reproduce the Bug: Before the bank robbery happens or as soon as it starts the user must the whole time keep attempting to pay the 5k to the DD. Then pick up the cracker. This bug may be caused by the bank robbers from the first instance placing the drill down conveniently around the same time the cooldown for not allowing new groups to pay forward the funding to the DD as well. Either way, the end result is the bank robbery is in progress yet a whole different group would still have warrants and have a vault cracker ready to go.

Time Stamp: 6 am-ish EST I would guess? I can't recall exactly.

Errors: I couldn't get any errors personally however maybe staff that were present during this event like Ellie would be able to find some in the logs?
