Description of the Bug: Buying billboards at PLN

How to reproduce the Bug: There is an option to buy a billboard and to bid on a billboard. When you buy a billboard, your name isn't there for the next person to outbid you; therefore, they can bid on the same billboard, and it will not notify you of the bid.

Errors: The name is not showing up on the billboard that was bought. Only the ones that you bid on have your name on them

When you buy an unowned billboard you are purchasing it for the rest of the day. So it doesn't show the name because you didn't bid on it, just bought it outright.
If you want to be able to bid on it for the next day instead of buying it for the current day we could add something for that.
