How to reproduce the Bug: Go dispatch and sit down in the chair

If you're still on, could you do me a favor? Please go upstairs, sit on a chair, open the Police computer and go to the Dispatch overview screen. Does it work?

Then, go to the employees tab, do you see any unit callsigns that say "Label"?

I went off duty a few times and back, which made it work; when it wasn't working, it said Label under the employees tab and ERROR on top of officers.

Looks like this is probably fixed.
