Description of the Bug: Fire Department NPC computer doesn't fully work
How to reproduce the Bug: When choosing the option "Can I use the computer?" at the Fire Department NPC the function is not completely functional (crazy wording, I know).
You can assign incidents to your own unit as expected. You cannot close incidents or assign yourself another incident until the assigned incident is closed through the actual police computer such as in a vehicle.
