How to reproduce the Bug: Get a planter of weed harvest on flowering and you will recieve a reduced amount of weed and no seeds

Flowering has always been terrible and unreliable, it isn't a stage where you're supposed to harvest. Either harvest at Ready or at Seeding for ultimate results.

Pretty sure he was raiding but still, good advice. Harvesting on flowering is garbage and isn't reliable. Pretty much common knowledge just to not harvest there unless necessary and if you do there is the chance of getting pure garbage.

Also, as @Lucius Husky said, Flowering is the worst possible stage to harvest
