Description of the Bug: Material Deletion when Deployed

How to reproduce the Bug: Spam deploy a material like paper towels, it'll not spawn due to prop cooldown but still delete the material

Description of the Bug: left clicking materials (prop) too fast make them vanish

How to reproduce the Bug: Just spam your left mouse button and watch your prop materials (category) vanish in thin air, checked it with another mod which showed me that the items had indeed vanished from my inventory. Once u spam it a message pops up about slow down prop spam (Please slow down your prop spawning.) and instead of doing nothing the item gets taken from your inventory.

This to my knowledge only happens on materials when places as props.
