Description of the Bug: Missing speed sign

How to reproduce the Bug: On the map signs

Time Stamp: n/a

Errors: From sunset avenue to saint rock street there is a missing 40 mph sign, the saint rock street is indicated as a 40 mph road by other signs however when heading from sunset avenues 30 mph road there is no 40 mph sign indicating a change.
