Description of the Bug: Nissan Leaf sounds in content pack 3 are not used in server
How to reproduce the Bug: Get a Nissan Leaf and start the engine
Errors: Within content pack 3, under `sound\vehicles\tdmcars\nis_leaf", start and stop sounds (enginestart.mp3 and engineoff.mp3) are present that match the sounds used by the Tesla. However, in game these sounds are not used, and instead the leaf uses the sound of an engine turning over. Changing these sounds with custom ones also has no effect. I have not identified which file the leaf is actually using.
