Description of the Bug: Non Wallbangable props

How to reproduce the Bug: Any of these spots are non wallbangable or either sponge your bullets. EVEN if you shoot inbetween the railing it sponges the bullet massively

Time Stamp: None

Errors: @Maia says the railing is a one whole prop so i guess the clipping is fucked? I think he said with a as50 it sponges 12% of the bullet

All of these should be fixed for restart tomorrow apart from the fence around pumping station and Industrial 3 which will need to wait for 6.1.

The windows are already functioning as intended.
