Type of Bug: Content
Description of the Bug: Upon reaching the Paramedic Supervisor rank, I've noticed that the defib suddenly ghost hits before doing the instant revive 80% of the time. Sometimes I will one hit revive people without issues, other times I will have like 5 back to back ghost hits requiring me to defib a second time. This even happens when I'm hitting the same exact part of the body.
How to reproduce the Bug: Defib a dead body as a Paramedic Supervisor vs another rank. I did not notice this issue at all before I hit this rank. Before this rank, if I missed the defib it was pretty much because I hit the wrong place. Here, it seems to be an entirely different issue that I've even noticed happening to other Supervisors.
In my video below, you can see that I am specifically targeting center mass of the hitbox which works pretty much every time. I fail the first shock (even does a beep as if I hit something), and then succeed the second shock in nearly the same exact place.
