Description of the Bug: Players randomly appear as police models or in cuffs

How to reproduce the Bug: Below was my console at the time, I waited 5 minutes after attempting the first demo restart, in which I seemingly did not get any other console messages including paycheck notifications. A 2nd demo restart did not fix it which was the next console message. Reconnecting to the server fixed it.

Also, some regular players randomly appeared to be staff members in the tab menu
