Description of the Bug: Police Computer script error

How to reproduce the Bug: I have no clue how or why this has happened, nothing was broken after playing medic for a while then pressing F3 caused the error and broken menu in the top left of the screen. I was able to use the computer as normal after this but the broken menu remains on the corner of my game.
