Description of the Bug: Stuff not returning to storage properly
How to reproduce the Bug: Basically, I used a car bomb but ended up just shooting the players instead, I then contacted staff to get help as first time using a car bomb and wasnt aware it despawned back to storage when the user respawns their car however instead the bomb was deleted by a Staff Member and the bomb has not returned to my storage even though it should?

On a second note, I have noticed an increase in this since V6.1, I have lost count of how many chemical tables have just not returned to storage on me. I have no evidence or any suggestion on how to replicate but it is rather tedious and appears to happen on Disconnect Returning to Storage.
