Description of the Bug: Surrender not Showing

How to reproduce the Bug: Stay at a far away location; let other player surrender and then run towards them

yeah it happens :/, I wish I knew why but it happens a lot when people have guns equipped first too

For the information, it was my second time putting my hands up, the first time I put my hands up I had keys out, during the (first) hands up I pulled out my hand cuffs and uncuffed one person after my hands were down and back to keys before putting my hands up again (and the clip followed)

As seen in the clip it is clear that my hands ARE up because of the inability to jump/walk fast
