Description of the Bug: Taser reload is still extremely broken
How to reproduce the Bug: This bug seems very inconsistent and sometimes reloading works fine with these steps, but so far it has been reproduced by:
1. Fire 2 shots from taser
2. Switch to keys before reloading
3. Switch back to taser at some point later
4. You cannot fire the taser or reload despite spamming R
This has undoubtedly resulted in countless blackscreens. Often with no other options as their taser SWEP is broken, officers are forced to shoot the person refusing to comply with them in the head.
