Description of the Bug: Taxi job - seats are occupied error

How to reproduce the Bug: - I went on cop, then on taxi at around 3:20 PM gmt +1. My in-game name is Johnathen Carlos
- I swapped to Taxi Driver
- Car always shows occupied to everyone trying to enter as passenger.
- Trying to quit and rejoin or respawn vehicles or swap them doesn't work.

Time Stamp: 3:20 pm gmt +1

Errors: None.

How to reproduce the Bug: Enter a Taxi job.
Spawn a car. (any of the 4 cars)
Get someone else to try to enter as a passenger.
Get error text: "All seats are already taken, better save your seat next time."
