Type of Bug: Lua
Description of the Bug: Tickets issued to the Dark Web mission car goes to the person that is supposed to steal the car.
How to reproduce the Bug: Start mission, give ticket to the car, owner gets it
I started the mission and the car was moved out of its parking spot. Cop gave it a 12.4 ticket and I had to pay the ticket. I believe its the person who should be ticketed, not the vehicle in that case.
