Description of the Bug: Tires status change breaking RC truck hook permanently

How to reproduce the Bug: If you have a car hooked to your RC truck and its' tires either pops or gets patched whilst on the hook, the hook becomes impossible to pick up. Attempting to pick it up causes you to drop it right away and you can't attach it to vehicles. This is permanent and cannot be fixed unless you spawn a new truck.
