Description of the Bug: Unable to Battering Ram Cars

How to reproduce the Bug: Attempt to use a battering ram to get someone out of a vehicle.

Errors: [ERROR] gamemodes/darkrp/entities/weapons/weapon_perp_battering_ram/shared.lua:81: attempt to index local 'Target' (a nil value)
1. PercentChance - gamemodes/darkrp/entities/weapons/weapon_perp_battering_ram/shared.lua:81
2. unknown - gamemodes/darkrp/entities/weapons/weapon_perp_battering_ram/shared.lua:217 (x6)

My only suspicion from this line of errors is that the system is trying to run the same random chance system for normal doors on cars, and it's bugging out because of that.
