Type of Bug: Lua
Description of the Bug: When you get the 'Do you want to keep property' prompt while your phone is open you cant access your phone anymore using Z.
How to reproduce the Bug: 1. Have phone open. (Mine was on organisation bank and I was in TS)
2. Get the sell property prompt that will appear behind your phone.
3. Can't press Z anymore to access phone, can't close it to cancel the property sale unless you drop phone.
4. Voilla

Errors: None
Media: I can upload a video but you dont see me pressing Z obviously. Don't think its necessary.
