Description of the Bug: You can interact with the Q menu whilst in other menus

How to reproduce the Bug: For example - drop drugs and type in the amount you want to drop. When you click the "Drop" button, it will also act as if you clicked whatever item is in the Q menu underneath it.

This has led to me opening three different mystery boxes by accident which were supposed to be saved.
