Description of the bug: Cancelling the C2 while placing it makes you stuck

How to reproduce the bug: Place C2, cancel C2 = stuck

Seems like the server isn't unfreezing the player after cancelling the C2, should be quite an easy fix.

This happened yesterday in a shootout at Regals. I tried to cancel it because they were wallbanging me and it brought up the action menu for a split second, maybe that caused me to get stuck? I tried going into noclip to fix it and spawning myself but it didn't fix it. The only way to fix it was being physgunned by someone. When I spawned myself, I was stuck facing one direction and couldn't turn my camera at all. I didn't get any errors in my console or anything.
